Books & Payments

DEPOSIT & REFUND POLICY

All Fluid Studio workshops require a 30% deposit at least one week before the workshop start date.  Deposits are refundable up to 3 weeks before the workshop begins.

If Fluid Studio and Gallery must cancel, you will be notified 3 weeks in advance of the workshop dates. In this event, your deposit will be refunded in full or you will have the opportunity of transfering it to another workshop session.

If you must withdraw and you give us a minimum of 3 weeks notice, your deposit will be refunded in full or you can transfer it to another session.

If you must withdraw after the 3 week deadline, and we are unable to replace you, Fluid Studio & Gallery will retain the full amount of the workshop fee.  If we can replace you, Fluid Gallery will refund all but a $25 processing fee. Fluid Gallery does not assume any responsibility for nonrefundable travel and lodging expenses. It is recommended that you wait until the class is confirmed to make these arrangements or ensure refundability.

Group Workshops:

Any workshops not held at my Fluid Studio are to be paid directly to the location hosting the workshop. Group workshops are $375.00.   Fluid Studio group workshops can be paid via cheque, paypal or credit card.
